BREST, 3 November (BelTA) - The second building of the Industrial Park in Baranovichi is slating for commissioning in the first half of 2026, Chairman of the Baranovichi City Executive Committee, Maksim Antonyuk told BelTA.
The first production building of the industrial park, which is a branch of the Brest Science and Technology Park, came on stream in June 2025. The project was implemented using advanced approaches and modern building materials. This, along with the preferential conditions for residents' operations, has generated interest among small and medium-sized businesses. Work on the second building began in late spring. Its commissioning is scheduled for the first half of 2026.
Based on the results of a competitive selection process, six residents have been chosen for the industrial park. For example, these are the producers of industrial ventilation equipment, low-voltage packaged devices, and mobile cellular communication stations and also facade and finishing materials, high-quality components and parts for instrument and robot manufacturing, and disposable paper tableware.
“Currently, the residents of the first building are busy mounting equipment. They plan to commence operations by the end of the year,” Maksim Antonyuk said. “The competition to select residents for the second building was held in August 2025.” The third phase of the industrial park is scheduled to begin this November.
